Elijah has been engaging with epistemology and political thought since he initially discovered Plato at 18. He didn’t understand it at all, but stuck with the subject through his Bachelor’s in Political Economy, and recently presented at the Philosophy of Education Conference and published in a related symposium. Self-directed learners are constantly required to defend their educational choices: learning how to think and argue makes that process not only easy, but enjoyable.
